MDRC is committed to bring you excellence in the field of Diagnostic Microbiology testing. Bacteriology section includes the analysis of different pathogens in the clinical samples. We have high-end Microbiology Laboratory with facilities for all bacterial cultures for Microbiological Diagnosis. Specific bacterial pathogens are isolated and reported with extensive antibiotic sensitivity results as per International guidelines. Rapid aerobic and anaerobic blood and body fluid cultures are carried out by fully automated BD BACTEC FX 40, USA and BacTAlert 3D, Biomerieux, USA.

Department of Microbiology operates under the strict quality control guidelines as per national & international standards as well as guidelines.
The department is accredited by NABL as per ISO 15189:2012. Microbiology lab is enrolled with the EQAS program of the Indian Association of Medical Microbiologist (IAMM), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and is one of the top scorers for the last 5 years.
The microbiology staff is trained annually. Fast turnaround and data tracking provide results quickly and efficiently.
